Who covers the return/exchange shipping cost?
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived damaged, defective or wrong item shipped. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Under no circumstance does JARAMAH reimburse for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If you are shipping an item over $60, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping costs for orders outside of US are always the responsibility of the customer.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing the order using the cancellation link in your order confirmation email. If you want to cancel an order after the 30-minute window, you may email us at Support@Jaramah.com during our operating hours (8am to 11pm PST Monday – Friday). We can only cancel the order if it has not been processed.
Group sale orders cannot be canceled once the sale has ended.
I forgot to apply a coupon code to my order
We can still honor the coupon code and issue a store credit for the price difference if the coupon is valid at the time you contact us. Just email us at Support@Jaramah.com. Please note we cannot provide a direct refund to your original payment account for the coupon value.
Can I use multiple coupons in one order?
Our system will accept one coupon code per order. You will have to make separate purchases to redeem multiple coupons.
Does my purchase carry a warranty?
Most of our products have a 6 to 12 months warranty. Warranty details can be found on the product page.
Return & Exchange without a receipt or an order number
If you do not have a valid receipt or order number, we will attempt to verify the purchase using your email or shipping address. If we cannot verify the purchase, a return or an exchange cannot be processed.
